As an independent contractor he did business development for companies involved in innovative ICT solutions. Rudy is the originator of the Crossing Signals concept, and his relentless drive and passion ensure that we keep our momentum. | Mathijs van Zutphen is a philosopher on a quest for knowledge. A veteran of the internet boom, he is an expert in aspects of self-organization in communities. | Geert Lovink is a media theorist and activist. He was involved in starting a number of internet initiatives. Geert is our professor in residence. His main interest lies with communities, social networks and how these are affected by information and communication technology. He is the author of several books on this subject. | Erwin Seydel is a professor of Applied Communication Sciences at the Technical University Twente, and professor of Organizational Communication at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. A prolific scholar he combines academic research with applications in real organizations.
