To us, a Collaborative Network is not just a fashionable new term or a mode of interaction. Collaborative Networks driving Innovation represent a profound Vision of organizing processes and people based on trust, interdependency and co-operation; synergy is created and true learning happens. This vision has been growing, maturing, and consolidating in each of us over the years and provides the core from which we operate as a team. We want to create contexts where people can make a lasting contribution to each other’s goals and aspirations, where working together means that your viewpoint is heard, your identity is acknowledged, and your needs can be fulfilled. The result is a tremendous drive to improve and create value! We strive for self organization with consequences. As we do for ourselves, we start with what value we want to add, individually and as a group. We measure the value add and use that to hold people to their promises.
