That’s why we have come up with the services to set up for both. Our general approach looks as follows:  We provide six types of service: 1. Collaboration quick scan With our Collaboration Scorecard, we provide you insight into your readiness and capability to change, lead and collaborate. 2. Creativity program We provide a three phase approach to select and built the right team, have them come up with the right problems to tackle and solution paths to follow. 3. Collaboration Workshop In this workshop, we provide insight into each other's strengths, build comprehension on differences, create the energy needed to act and create an open mind set for dealing with change. 4. Creativity Workshop In this workshop, we break the mental patterns and decompose the paradoxes that create mental inertia. Then we map the problems/wishes and start generating and evaluating ideas. Finally we select the right concepts for development based on the value they create. 5. Talent development We help you build your own scorecard and help your people find the roles with a best fit between their affinities, experience and skill set. We focus on what they excel at and together find or create the context where they are happy and as a result become successful. 6. Courses A curriculum on collaboration, innovation and dealing with diversity. We provide insight in using diversity to improve innovation and in how to improve collaboration by emphasizing diversity.
